It’s simple & hassle free

Purchase a VGASS from an authorized Dealer and try it for 60 days. If for any reason you’re not satisfied after using the VGASS for 60 days we’ll make it right. Need a replacement unit? Return yours and we’ll send you a new one. Want a refund? Send us your unit and we’ll gladly refund your original purchase price.

 

How does it work?

1. After your 60 day trial period you have 30 days to request a replacement or refund.

2. Email us at customerservice@vgass.com and let us know.

3. Ship your unit to us with a copy of your original receipt.

4. We’ll send you a replacement or a refund—your choice.
