Local Pick-Up

For customers who wish to pick-up their VGASS, please coordinate with our customer service and visit our warehouse at 3075 Chastain Meadows Pkwy, Marietta Georgia 30066

Greater Atlanta Area

For customers living in the greater Atlanta area, we offer delivery by one of our team members. We will help you with set-up and provide a quick overview on setting up your VGASS.

VGASS units are delivered within 10 business days, pending units are in stock. We will call you to book your delivery.

United States

VGASS ships throughout the 48 contiguous states.

• VGASS is packaged on a palette and delivered curbside via freight. Each VGASS is shipped typically within 1 week of order (pending inventory availability). Grills take 2-10 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on your location.
• Freight delivery is typically done with up to a 53' tractor trailer.
• The receiving customer is responsible for moving the unit from curbside to their desired location. VGASS arrives with wheels installed, but if you need to lift VGASS to get it to your deck or patio, two people is strongly encouraged.
• At the time of delivery, you must immediately open and inspect your shipment for any damaged items and note any such issues on the signature documents provided by the delivery driver. If any items are damaged, you must notate it on the carrier’s paperwork or bill of lading provided by the carrier before signing for the shipment and before the driver leaves. Then contact us immediately the same day.
• Set-up is easy and requires only a Phillips head screwdriver.
  
• Shipping of accessories go via UPS or USPO and can take 2-7 business days to arrive. Shipping prices vary based on accessory size and location, but is typically free if attached to a VGASS order.
